Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting for The Marshall East Conservation & Development Area will be held on

Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 4:00 pm

At the Marshall Legion Hall

NOMINATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

The NOTICE OF NOMINATION and NOMINATION PAPER were mailed out to landowners of the Marshall East Conservation & Development Area Authority on October 20, 2025. The deadline for submitting Nomination Papers is November 10, 2025 at 5 pm. After fully completing the Nomination Paper, please choose one of these options for delivery to the Returning Officer:

· Scan and email to eknowlson@sasktel.net (to ensure received by deadline) and mail the “original”; or

· Drop off at the RM of Wilton office in sealed envelope; or

· Bring to the Annual General Meeting on November 5, 2025.
