SAMA Assessment Inspections
Please be aware that a SAMA representative will be in Marshall between February 23-25, 2026 doing their annual assessment inspections. The representative will be driving a clearly indicated vehicle with SAMA’s logo as well as personal identification.

Emergency Planning
It is crucial for the safety of everyone you live with plans for emergencies. Emergencies are unexpected events that can occur anytime and effect us in many different ways including natural disasters. Here are some ways you can prepare your home:
Install a carbon monoxide detector
Have a kitchen fire extinguisher
Have 72 hours of non-perishable food and water on hand (don’t forget to have a can opener)
Install the SaskAlert App on your phone
Have a fire escape plan (draw a floor plan, identify the exits, choose a meeting point outside, teach children how to escape, and PRACTICE)
Check and change the batteries in your smoke detectors regularly

Please note that there is a spot in the ice that is unsafe, it is marked with a barricade. DO NOT play on, move, or take down this barricade. The rink will be closed on Christmas Day and will open during the posted hours going forward. Thank you for your patience while the rink was being prepared. Remembrance Day Ceremony
The Royal Canadian Legion #92, Marshall Branch put on the annual Remembrance Day Ceremony at the 3 Links Community Hall. It was great to see all of the people that came out to honor and remember those who served and are serving.
