The Partial Fire Ban put into effect on April 24, 2019 has now been lifted.
What is Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory When a detachment becomes aware of an incident or crime, they can issue an advisory via the system, and anyone who has signed up for the program will become aware of what happened within minutes. The system will send the advisory to your smartphone or landline, via text message, email or text to voice (depending on your preference).
Signing up to be part of the network is free and only takes a few minutes. You choose which RCMP detachment area(s) you want to receive notifications from (one or multiple), and how you want to receive them - whether is be via text message, email, a text to voice phone call or the app. Note, an app (Everbridge) is available, but is not required. Even residents who only have a landline can sign up and receive the advisories.
All residents are encouraged to sign up to receive advisories from the local RCMP and to assist the police by being the ‘eyes and ears’ of the community.

The roll out bin being provided for residents to place their household garbage in, will now be dropped off on Tuesdays and picked up Fridays, until the road conditions improve.
Residents please remember to throw out BAGGED HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE ONLY into the roll out bin provided. Should unbagged, non-household garbage continue to be placed in the bin, the service days may change without notice to residents.

Due to the soft road conditions in town, garbage and recycling pickup will be on hold until further notice. A large roll out WASTE ONLY bin will be delivered today and located to the south of the Post Office. Please ensure you place your bagged, household garbage ONLY into this bin.
The town rink is now closed. Thank you to all that used the rink this past winter.
Effective immediately, the East Lift Station will be on a temporary bypass for the next 24 hours.

Please be advised that the Water Security Agency (WSA) is rescinding the Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory issued February 19, 2019 for the Town of Marshall affecting all users, and is effective immediately.
Samples have been collected and returned with no positive bacteria found in the samples submitted and all other proper measures have been taken to put the water system back into service.
We believe no potential health risk currently exists for the users of the drinking water distribution system in the Town of Marshall, and the advisory previously issued is hereby removed.
Town of Marshall will be temporarily out of water until a fire hydrant has been repaired. This incident just occurred. Please be advised we are working as quickly as possible to rectify this situation. We will update residents as the situation changes.
